Information We Collect
We collect personal information in the following ways.
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact or inquiry form, take a quiz or assessment (such as the AI Judgment Profile Quiz), book a session, register for a webinar, purchase a course or service, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, company or organization, phone number, your quiz or assessment responses and results, and the contents of your message. Our quizzes and assessments are hosted by Outgrow, which collects and processes that information on our behalf.
Payment information. When you purchase a product or service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes that information under its own privacy policy.
Scheduling and webinar information. When you book a meeting through Calendly or register for or attend a webinar through Zoho Webinar, those services collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, scheduling details, and, for webinars, attendance and participation data) under their own privacy policies.
Email communications. If you sign up to receive emails from us, or provide your email through a quiz, registration, or purchase, we will collect your email address and any other details you provide. We use Hostinger Reach to manage and send our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we, our analytics provider, and our advertising partners automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We use Google Analytics for analytics and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and audience building; both use cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising" below.
